Returning to car, we headed out westward into the Gulf Intercoastal Waterway. The course took us inland
through a cut channel through the wilderness. The banks were lined with marsh grass with green palm trees.
Tonight we are tucked in at Wetappo Creek, double anchored in the narrow channel amidst acres of tall straw colored marsh grass. We watched the sky turn neon orange and pink over the pine trees in the distance.
